Dimension files are still for sale. They are buggy indeed but they contain things that haven't been released public yet and are made by the creators of the server.

It's not pointless at all since ping matters in this game also. FoxLv and PKO ran 5 differend hosts around the world on one server so yes it's possible.

Indeed! I did once converted all the weapons from Aura Kingdom in to ToP and they looked so damn good in-game so I don't see any problem why the other stuff wouldn't look good also.

Its kinda true that Zankza does stuff wrong with PKO and that still doesn't mean the server is dead or there is no PK. There was obj > lgo converter on serverdev but it doesn't exist anymore so i have no clue where you could get one, maybe someone else can help with that. Currently im afraid youre limited to making non-animated models such as weapons since there was no public converter release for .lab which is format for animations and .lmo which are for structures such as trees, houses and ect.

No. If you made a brazilian section they would just ask their questions there and most likely would not get any help since we english speaking people can't simply understand what they are saying.
