you see where it says yellowstone01 there the glitter effect gem maximum brightness is 3 and the brightness changes increases and changes according to the number example: yellowstone02 ... same with bluestone01 (MAX3) and redstone01 (MAX3)

I think is between the sceneeffectinfo.txt, but I don't know how is this item linked with the effect :P

could be the value 410, index into sceneeffectinfo.txt, but not sure

is there a .par editor i want to make a drop glow similar to diablo 3 or other mmo games

 

Blue = idk xD

Green = magic

Gold = rare

Orange = legendary

As i said above post no glitter effect, and also when i drop the gem it dissapear. and those line in sceneeffectinfo i already have them.

 

Did you try this in ur server does it work?

 

Note: Testing on 2.4

 

Edit: maybe missing .lgo files?

for brightness is not necessary the file .lgo only .par and .eff  file but do not appear to throw them then missing file .lgo

it is a client side issue indeed, I can't release a fix until KOPO is running but after that I'll share the solution or a script to patch game.exe

no, well, at least the right way is to fix the original method that renders these glows which already exists within the files but uses wrong params and does not actually load the effect.

Mind telling which file / function has the problem that aint loading the effects? or having wrong params?
