XAMPP это всего лишь сборка Веб-сервер (Apache) + Интерпретатор скриптов (PHP) + СУБД (MySQL) + FTP-сервер (Filezilla) + Почтовый сервер (Mercury Mail). Кроме XAMPP также существуют Denwer, EasyPHP, LAMP и другие. Ты можешь сам сделать такую сборку по гайдам из Интернета.

Какой клиент? Если официальный клиент ТОПа, то .bin файлы в нем зашифрованы и их сначала необходимо расшифровать. Вероятно, а этом проблема
