Any alternative way of creating accounts?

I m almost done with my server , the way that V3ctor shared on creating account does not seem to work for me. Btw i m using SQL 2014. is there any way i can make accounts?

@V3ct0r's method should work.
There are other ways ofcourse, if you are not familiar with SQL.
1) Website - pkoSite
2) Third party tools. One of them is coded by @GustavoHMA.

But I recommend to get to the root of why the queries are not executing.

What is error?

 

I have wrote a program to make accounts but it is in Russian:

 

- Login field;

- Password field;

- Status: Player or HD/GM combo box;

- Create and Exit buttons.

 

I will write such program in English soon.
