Problem with GMNotice into Windows 10

Hello everyone!

 

Can anyone tell me why GMNotice doesn't work on Windows 10? Or do I need to install some Microsoft program!? Which one?

Open your GroupServer.exe in any HEX-editor program, then find the following sequence of bytes:

00 00 00 3D 93 15 00 00 74 0B 0F B7 C0 89 45 E8

and replace it with a new one:

0F B7 C0 3D 93 15 00 00 74 0B 0F B7 C0 89 45 E8

After making the changes, save the file. GMNotice() function should now work.
