i believe it is in the function "begin_unite_item" in forge.lua... what files are you using?

does this mean players can battle each other in zones like, argent west gate (where little shrubs are) and such if both players have this system activated?

Try to look at the function of the item you are using. It should add some "STATE_XXXX" then go see what that "STATE_XXXX" function does, then you will find how to fix it. ~Inuarashi
