GroupServer can't connect to AccountServer

Hi guys!
I successfully launched my server using 127.0.0.1 and my Hamachi IPV4 address. Unfortunately, when i try to use my no-ip site (with DUC to refresh the Dynamic IP) I keep getting this error. I`m currently using SQL 2000, here are the CFG`s and the Error:

Specify everywhere the IP address 127.0.0.1 besides section ToClient in GateServer.cfg config file:
