changing Skilleffect.lua Skills valor

Why if i try to mod for example the bonus of any skill , i got a bug just like the blood bull : if i put item out in invectory and put it on again my stats increase in infinity lol Same if i change for example Rousing, Wind walk or similar skills valor

u have to change both add and remove the state so that it remove the stats when u remove the skill

Remove the requirement to enable the skills. Most base file will require u to use a item to enable the skill. Check ur skillinfo.txt
