my pkosite show the wrong time 
i tried to change the time_offset to -2 but still show wrong time 

	$dummy					= date('O',time());
	$config['time_offset']			= ((substr($dummy,0,1) != '+') ? '-' : '').(int)substr($dummy,1,2).'.'.substr($dummy,3,2);
	

	$dummy					= date('O',time());
	$config['-2']			= ((substr($dummy,0,1) != '+') ? '-' : '').(int)substr($dummy,1,2).'.'.substr($dummy,3,2);
	

anyone know how to fix it ?

its apache fault if im not wrong at php.ini,  at the end og php.ini find for

 

date.timezone=
