if someone else try to connect to server he gets connection failed i even open every port in port forwarding. also i tryed using hamachi and other software still same problem.ps using windows 10 home

i`m using a client were shiaitan and icicle are not added in resource. when i added the foulders from clean files and edited the mapinfo,txt i still cant load the maps it gaves me load npc error? any ideas?

for some reason server is running fine. no errors but when i try to login in client it says connection failed. using windows 10!!
