I install it but is showing me this error.. Core-Error: Failed to connect to database! Error: #10060, A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

So, what could be a fast fix? reconstruct the inc.function.db? or is a website from scratch ?
