I am back to Top/PKO due to nostalgia and I'm wondering what's going on? Do you server developers still have players/customers in 2022? I do believe there's small percentage of people playing right now spreading on all the private servers including piratekingonline and so. Would also like to ask what would be the investment today to build a PS with server hosting/web hosting/Guaranteed clean files with no Bdoors or vulnerabilities/DDoS protection ? The only active servers nowadays are Pirate King Online and Pirates Online, but you see some small servers around aswell. 2. An estimated investment value is unstable, it all depends on what you want to buy (host-related), and there's no such thing as files with no 'backdoors' and 'vulnerabilities', holes will always be there, in TOP. My advice is, if you really want to go all-in, learn C++, get to know how sources work and fix vulnerabilities on your own, as a base source I'd recommend Corsairs Sources. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Thank you very much for your answer! I'm more tempted to pay someone to fix for me than wasting my time learning C++. Why do you consider Corsairs Source files are better than others? I did check Pirate King Online and seems to have 1k of players online, considering there are plenty afk-stalling/chopping the fortune tree or lvling pets , 10x accounts per top players at least, it remains less than the server shows. But if Pirates online, RoS or other smaller servers counts too. I believe there are between 500-1.5/2k active players x day in top world.
