Help Me!The client MapEditor misses two functions

There are two functions miss in my client when the game.exe start in edit mode(.\system\game.exe startgame editor ),

ß = turn around an object left without moving it
´ = turn around an object right without moving it

 

Please tell me where to download the client that surpport that
