Could someone help me solve this problem, my client when clicking alt + r to use the location it closes alone.

Maybe it could help me solve this problem, sometimes it happens to put a clean equipment or with gems in some appareal and it ends up getting only the statuses of the gems, however, the status of the equipment disappear. Thanks in advance for your help.
