Login issue: Discovered exceptional line error on GateServer

Sorry guys. I have issue about login. I finally setup everything and I feel this is the last step before playing this game. I found everything from youtube (I guess there is only one person making this video)
When I type the password (admin123), it pops up "Discovered exceptional line error on GateServer"

There are two issues and I hope they can identify the problem.

 

First, I check the GateServer.exe

Second, my Groupserver.exe keeps pop up (Restart) every 20-30 seconds. Before it restarts I catch a message on this exe

It looks like GroupServer.exe cannot connect to the MSSQL server.

Check your credentials and MSSQL server address in the GroupServer.cfg
