Editting required level didnt work.

Hi guys, short question. I just cant see the fix atm.

I have changed the required level of the Ice Sealed Blade of Enigma to level 35 on iteminfo.txt.
Deleted iteminfo.bin and created new one in game client.

Both files copied to server files.

In my NPC and in inventory the weapon says its for level 35. But i can only wear it when im at level 65+, so somewhere it didnt change. 

What do i miss?

look at one that is already modified check the difference then make the adjustment from lv 65 to lv 35 and compile your client using one of these command in a bat
 

start system\game.exe avaatoppi table_bin

 

it will depend if it is avaatoppi or startgame your game.exe

 

check your version with

Did you edit the level on ItemInfo on server side? If yes, then copy that ItemInfo to client and compile. It seems you edited the files on client if it's showing correctly on client, but not letting you equip it at a level below 65. Always edit it the server side ItemInfo and then copy that file to client and compile. Also, you must restart server for it to take change.

Thanks for your reply! Ah, yea i always edit it in client files and most of time i have luck, well, now i dont.
I have no idea how to do it in server side, so i downloaded extern bin compiler and worked aswell.

There's a file in server files also called ItemInfo, you edit that first and then copy to your client for compile.

Server Files > Resource > ItemInfo.txt

Ah that, was an old idea for a server I wanted to open. Never did and probably FB deleted page already. Removed link already, thanks for noticing.

You can always send a message here or discord.

As for what keeps me here, probably nostalgia, playing with lua stuff and a few bucks here and there since I provide lua services. I'm also mentoring someone and helping them open up a server, so there's that.

That sounds very great!
Here, im for 2 years trying to create a top server, then stop, then restart, then stop. I dont bother, cause its just nostalgia and fun. I have no experience in computer stuff, but its fun to have a thought about how to run a server, and just try. Perhaps in the future when im happy, i will try to open it.
