Anything you want. Try to start IP Changer as Administrator.

I have no more ideas why the IP Changer does not work. I made serverset.bin and server.tx for you.

so i can use that server set with out changing my ip ? or with out need the ip changer?

You should put the IP of your server into your client to make it connect to the server. The IP changer is one of the ways.

Client connect to the GateServer.exe, not to GameServer.exe.

 

Also check that ports in Game.exe and GateServer.cfg (ToClient section) as equal. You can use this program to see what is the port in Game.exe:

Do you have a static IP address? if not, then don't even try to connect using your external IP

is it a local address from some router?
I noticed on the first screen you entered 10.10.10.201 in the server settings
and connect to another IP in the game client

there was defult ip adress , i edit it long time ago and i put this random adress ! by my own choice 

about that adress you asking for its from  https://whatismyipaddress.com/

 

do i need to try change the ip from 10.0.0.201 from the game server to the one from  https://whatismyipaddress.com/ ?

if you need to install just a local server for yourself, just use 127.0.0.1
