Phyllis Crusader - Dual Sword bug

Hi my friends, Phyllis crusader can't hit using dual swords... How can i fix it?

I have put the number 38   I have that problem CharacterAction.tx (client side)  can't enter the game

Help me plz

the Skill ID section should look like this 25,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,38  <---- make sure you use a TAB space after the 38.
