Select Character Only 1 Char

Hello,

 

I am having problem finding where is the character select parts in client I managed to make it 1 character only per account in server but I scraped my head trying to find where the character panel I am trying to delete those 2 circles and move the first circle to the center is there a way to do it or it's hard coded in game.exe? and how does the game handle it if possible I would like help
