Help Compiling ServerSet2 & ServerSet3 TOP2

I have a TOP2 Client that worked for a server before, I have the server running but I cannot change the client's new IP because I cannot compile the ServerSet2 and ServerSet3 txt into bins.   Any help would be appreciated.    IP changer doesn't work, as it makes the isle and flash disappear, the ServerSet is already set on Local to be able to find the flash animation for the region.   I need to add the IP ( 25.29.186.249) to ServerSet2 and ServerSet3.

I think you only need to modify ServerSet.txt not 2 or 3.

If you rename the server region, you will need to modify client/scripts/txt/server.tx as well.

I understand this part, but then where do I put the machine's IP address hosting the server?   25.29.186.249  is the hamachi address of the machine running the server, the server files resource only has ServerSet and ServerSet2, but  they do not compile the usual way as TOP1 files.
