As I have seen in few threads regarding the exploits. They can be fixed by some admins here like v3ctor and few people offers services for them to fix. I'd recommend buying OVH and if you want to buy one for your tests i'd recommend Contabo, a pretty good VPS with a small price but not good for opening a server with it.
