Run into some issues with the server and still working rn to fix the glows, but I think I have managed to get you what you wanted, you just have to do a little more searching on the forum on how to add it to what you want. Add this to your sceneffectinfo : XXX lianhua.par 95bb���� Sea Wave 0 0 0 -1 0 1 0 -1 Add this to your skilleff : 220 Lv95BBRing -1 0 State_BBRING7_Add State_BBRING7_Rem 3 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 0 0 0 -1 0 0 0 XXX -1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 - Note : at the end of the line I have replaced the sceneeffectinfo ID with "XXX" so you can put any ID you want. - Note : If you fail to find the lianhua.par in your client just download Rage of Sage client and get it from there, tough the files I am using are Clean 1.38 Client and the file was there, just probably other ID in sceneeffectinfo so take that in mind.
