You basicly only need:
-SQL
-DB
-Server File
-Xampp, or Wampp, or Zend ...
-Web file (depends if u;re making the server or host it. If u're making it, then u dont really need web file/xampp or wampp or zend)

This'll let you run your server and edit to your liking. If u need help, there are a lot of stuff in Lucky's Archive (mega.nz).
Everything you need for base should be in Lucky's Archive.

how do you play, following that video it only shows how to load up the databases and server itself. does not show how to set up a client so you can play on it =/

It doesn't need to come from Dubai just to get help. TeamViewer works :D

Here is a link to the Archives. you can find any / all files you need here

https://mega.nz/#F!OUMUgTYb!jtCsqh7halK_O9uzWyaG0g!KcdVQK6a

after you change you ip in the files and database is working, go to resource and look for iteminfo.txt and serverset.txt, copy those files.

you need to compile the .txt files into a .bin file, look in the Archives link above, and download compiler/decompiler.

easiest way i found to use it  is to make a new folder inside your server folder or on your desktop and extract the compiler/decompiler there

copy any files you want to make into .bat  and open the new folder after you extracted the files to it.

open bin_Compiler/Scripts/table and paste iteminfo.txt and serverset.txt

go back to bin comiler folder and run the Compile.exe

go back to Bin_Compiler/Scripts/Table and cut or cop the new .bin files

paste them in your server/scripts/table folder

click yes to replace the files that are already in there.

If you dont have a client or one did not come with your server files, use the

ToP clean client in the archives, just extract everything inside it to your main server folder, use the serverlauncher.exe in your serverfiles to launch the accountserver/gameserver/gateserver/groupserver

when those are loaded / working, use the ToP_d.exe in your server folder to join the game

if your server came with an ip changer,   run it and set your ip to 127.0.0.1 or your computers if you want others to join it, then run the client.

you only need to run the ip changer once.

hope this helps
