So now who wants to be a babe and go through that list from pastebin that @Vasil supplied and add a description under each function and what parameters do what?

Maybe if you do an open-source github repository, and get people to contribute to creating the pko documentation together?

Hello @Home! Is it really necessary? This is a ton of work. As a rule, function name tells what it does. You can see examples of usage of any function in server scripts (how many parameters it takes and what it returns). There is such section on maindev.ru (Russian language), but it is not so popular.
