Fusion Equipment Attr (Increasing App limit)

Hello, I am trying to increase the max limit of app in my server so I manged to hex edit game.exe to enable fusion for items that more than 7500

 

but when I try to fusion item The item states disappear and only Def,Atk and basic attr is shown.

 

I thought it's Hex thing but tried searching in Gameserver for any clues on ItemID (7000,6999,7500,7499) but no success finding a clue is i am doing right or i am missing something that my question.

 

(forget to mention that App fusion state show up to ItemID 6999 only)

just had to edit game.exe and gameserver
