Setting up a server

Hey there,

 

I used to be realy into the ToP Server development untill 6 years go,

And i realy felt the need to continue this again.

I got a friend thats a ForsakenWorld Developer that would love to start a Tales of pirates project with me.

But before we can do that i have to figure everything out again.

 

I need to set it up on my Laptop first so i can run it and edit the files to my pref

before we start using a dedicated machine(we already got it though)

So if there is anyone willing to help set it up on my laptop with Teamviewer

SQL - Databases etc.

The Laptop Specs are screenshotted and posted below(Sorry for the Language)

 

All the help is welcome,

Why can't you setup the server by yourself? What is the problem?

As of now everything seems to be setup,

just as i launch the server itself everything "hangs"

cant seem to find the problem.

used various guides on here already.
