Base Files (update 04.15.16)

I will notify here if shall I encounter a problem. The real issue is really I have no time.
Most of these are already done with my old files. Just need porting =)
Oh, btw, if anyone know a precise and optimized way to fuse equipments over 7k+ itemID, And have apparel fuseable over 7k+ itemID,
please let me know AND if you're willing to share it with everyone.
Atm, my good friend wrexor and xero will help figure it out while I finish my last 3 weeks of school. All contributors will be credited where it is due.
Even with ideas/ways to improve scripts, and the likes. Thanks everyone for the support !

@xtc I'm not sure if I call this off-topic or not, but will you include an anti dupe into this or a project for doing a fix for dupe once and for all?

Also, if we can read logs effectively,  we can build tools to process logs like how IT specialist would. By doing so, we wouldn't fix dupe completely but counter against them for automatic ban. Also, statistics would be nice to predict dupes before happening

Sorry for inactive guys. I think I already explained elsewhere the reason. 
I have asked for Lucky's 1.36 files which he did share it to me (thanks!), He has worked hard polishing it and is a private file so I cannot release it.
However, as said in post. It will be ported to 1.38 (almost done!). Also, for client mods like swing/flying animation, sorry I will not support
or do client mods (maybe when im free). The thread is dedicated to serverfiles and so, only serverfiles should be discussed.

Soo the files 1.38 you working will be shared?

as promised. Put into resource/scripts folder, and extract there.
I will not upload full files, because It is not safe to upload full files, All things that I edited are transparent and are within
the scope of the folder.
Also, I use lucky's base, the only file that was touched was NpcScript08.lua, where i added:
dofile(GetResPath("script\\extension\\index.lua"))
some stuff are missing/not optimized... so will add them when I have time. 
A DLL for some server binary correction will be added soon too.
If bugs are found, please report and know that they are not intentional.

yes we want the custom files and client side as you said to us get it as base file
