Damage bug in certains maps

Hello, i have a little problem and i dont know how to solve.

In certains maps lie DC,CA the damage is normal but a few ones like DeathMatch,Arena the damage is fixed in 58 like you can see in attached image.

 

Someone know how to fix the damage on those maps??
