Commands and Chat are not working

Hello everyone! I have a file that i use a lot of time, but then decide to use a clean to 1.36(2.0) only that after i put the file started not to run the GM commands and neither the chat! What can i do to fix this?

check your file/gameserver.exe if it requires a handlechat function

Is there a function HandleChat () in GameServer.exe?

 

Put in functions.lua the following code:

function HandleChat(role, message)
	return 1
end
