There are many ways for it, try check ROSO file in (Lucky's Archive?). Roso file got all of those stuff u seems to want to add into your server. Check ROSO skilleffect.lua for more info with its function like (rageeffect-dmg or sageeffect-sm/cleric/...).

ok ok last question now about admiral cloak how can i add upgradesystem for it?

I think there are already a guide for it, just gotta check old archives, lucky archives, and here for it.
