As you know, some bin files in v2.0 clients are encrypted. This tool will decrypt them for you or encrypt them back.

The tool consists of 2 parts:
1. Encoder.exe - encrypts .bin files;
2. Decoder.exe - decrypts .bin files;

In file key.dat you can specify encryption key. Key length must be 18 bytes. If that file is missing, then by default the following key is being used:

98 9d 9f 68 e0 66 ab 70 e9 d1 e0 e0 cb dd d1 cb d5 cf

How to use it:

1. Put Encoder.exe and Decoder.exe into the folder with .bin files.
2. Run Encoder.exe to encrypt the files;
3. Run Decoder.exe to decrypt the files;
4. If you want to use the key different from the default one, create a file called key.dat and using any hex-editor to write in it a new key.

can this be used in top1 version files?

Can not. top1 client [Game.exe] doesn't have encrypt/decrypt functions for .bin tables

Hello @Daisuke and @ratonter!

The message means that your ItemInfo is not supported by the program. I was guided by the official TOP 2 client, when developing, and I included only one version of .bin files in the program, since I knew nothing about the others.
